Who are we?
Half Cooked is start-up created by a group of friends that are always on the lookout for a great deal to save us a few quid!
But when we were looking to choose our next mobile plans we were getting confused with the endless choice of networks & deals on offer.
We realised with a lot of the smoke and mirrors in the mobile industry, & the ever-growing number of mobile operators, there wasn’t anywhere for consumers to go get an unbiased review of a network before they chose a deal that could potentially tie them up to a network for 2 years!
For this reason, we came together and created Half Cooked, a site that aims to help consumers understand what is the best mobile plan to suit their lifestyle and needs by breaking down each of the networks into key comparable components and providing an unbiased view.
We also realise things are fast paced in the mobile market, with network offers and deals changing all the time. As a result, we regularly update our site to ensure we are up to date with the latest information so you can access everything you need to know about the networks in one place.
How does our business work?
Our fundamental aim, as mentioned above, is to provide the most informative and unbiased network reviews online and provide information to our users free of charge.
If customers do decide to follow a link from our website and purchase a SIM from a mobile network provider, the provider will know you came from us and we receive a commission in return. This works in the same way several of the largest price comparison sites online do.
You aren’t charged any extra on any SIM or mobile deal you purchase from a network provider, and there is no charge from us. The network provider pays us for bringing a customer over after the customer has benefited from looking at our reviews.
