Three and easyJet used to have a partnership allowing the mobile carrier’s pay monthly customers to upgrade to easyJet’s Hands Free service at no cost. Sadly, this deal is no longer available, because the partnership has ended.
Three says this deal is no longer available, because the service currently doesn’t meet the combined needs of their customers, easyJet and Three themselves. Even if you had a voucher for a date in the future you can’t use it anymore. Three honoured all vouchers requested for flights rescheduled between March and June 2020 due to the travel disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The network allowed future-dated vouchers to be used until 31 December 2020, but as of January 2021, the free upgrade offer is completely gone and no longer available to Three customers.
easyJet’s Hand Free upgrade is still available, but you’ll have to get it through easyJet and you’ll have to purchase it as it’s not a free service.
